I do not know any better than to
always work towards my
goal of complete customer satisfaction' I am a
professional and you can expect nothing less than
that. Your schedules are my schedules and I take that
responsibility seriously.
I do what I say I will and
to what we
agree. If there is a problem, I rectify it.
If there is a mistake I correct it quickly. If
problems arise I will call and inform you of the
issues.
I do not come back to you in the
middle of a project to renegotiate. I do not expect
you to do that. If there are unforeseen circumstances
we will talk about them and come to a mutually beneficial
solution.
If I can not do a project that will
be of top quality, I will not agree to do it. I will do my
best to give you alternatives and the names of colleagues
who may be able to provide the top quality work you
deserve.
I will never suggest more than you
need and will let you know when I think you are asking for an
over-kill.
Business is Business but I expect to
have a few laughs and smiles along the way. We can
keep on track and still have some laughs and a moment or
two of levity. I do keep focused and stay on target, but I
refuse to lose my hair, get heart palpitations, or so
get tense and uptight that I come home and beat up the cat
and dog. I keep on schedule.
I
come prepared and expect you to do so. I am patient,
though, and understand the changing and dynamic world
we all live in. I can and do make changes on the fly
and am not so locked in that I can not respond when
things do not go as planned - which is often for all
of us.
I pay my bills on time and expect
the same of my clients.
I am a professional and expect the
same of my clients and business associates. My goal is
to build long-term relationships and to be proud to
call you a client and business partner. I want
you to feel proud that I am on your side.
Further
Ethics to which I adhere and believe. Our thanks to
the Virginia Pilot.
